  • Breakfast Is How Reasonable ?

Blog Post

Emma Galloway worked as a chef for eight years before realizing that she suffered from gluten and lactose intolerance. And suddenly you’re working with restaurant-level deliciousness in a matter of 30 minutes or less. Recommended eating scenarios include as a side for some nice pan-seared chicken or steak, as its own thing with a green salad to fill out the plate, or literally straight out of the pan as you stand in the kitchen in your sweats. I mean, I don’t want to make assumptions about your date nights, but I am Team Fettuccine in Sweats for life.

Breakfast Is How Reasonable ?

Breakfast, a meal too familiar to the people of Vietnam every day. It can be said that this is the most important meal of the day because it helps you stimulate the nerves, creating energy to work more effectively.

Although simple, but not everyone knows how to eat breakfast is reasonable. Following food blogs will help you note some cases to avoid when eating breakfast.

Eat early when you wake up.

According to medical experts, after waking up, parts of the human body still retain some of the energy of the previous evening. Therefore, the body needs more time to absorb all that excess energy.

So many people who eat breakfast right after waking up will not be good for health, even affect the stomach and digestive system.

When you wake up early, it’s best to drink a glass of water and have breakfast for about 30 minutes.

Only eat fruit

Many sisters love to eat fruit at breakfast. Eating fruits is naturally good for the body, but eating in the morning is not good at all.

According to nutritionists, the amount of protein and nutrients in fruits is very low. Therefore it does not provide enough energy for the body during metabolism.

Just go and eat

In times of market economy, time is gold, so many people often endure to eat while walking or eating while waiting for the bus to save time.

However, this habit is not conducive to digestion and nutrient absorption of the body.

Eat too much meat.

Eating too much meat at breakfast will harm your body because of the high protein and fat content it contains

Use cold food in the morning.

A glass of iced coffee every morning is probably the daily routine of the men. Researchers say that waking up every day, muscles and nerves in the body are contracting, if eating or drinking cold food will make blood hard to circulate.

Besides, eating cold food in the morning will cause you to have some diseases: constipation, skin bad, …

Use the leftover food of the day before.

After the storage period, the food will lose some of its nutrients. Utilizing leftovers, saving is good, but it is important to keep in mind the diet as there are no nitric compounds in your food.

Snack for breakfast.

In the morning, when you wake up, your body is dehydrated, if you use dry foods that will not benefit the digestive system. These foods are not very low in nutrients, not enough to provide energy for the body.
